Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 c. grated Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 15 oz. Ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • lasagne noodles

Method

  • Brown and drain the ground beef.
  • Add to the spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Layer sauce, noodles (overlap) and cheese mixture. Top with cheese.
  • Cook at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
