Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. grated Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 15 oz. Ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- lasagne noodles
Method
- Brown and drain the ground beef.
- Add to the spaghetti sauce and water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Layer sauce, noodles (overlap) and cheese mixture. Top with cheese.
- Cook at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
