Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
  • 200 grams Firm tofu
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Krazy Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 optional Nutmeg
  • 10 leaves Shiso leaves

Method

  • First, cut up the tofu and put it in a sieve or colander to drain.
  • You don't have to drain it too much.
  • Combine all the ingredients together.
  • Remove the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them up.
  • Crumble the tofu gently with your hands.
  • Mix it well.
  • Put some oil on you hands and toss the dough with your hands.
  • It's a shame you can't see the seams.
  • Once all the air is out, form the dough into patties and they're ready to be fried.
