Ingredients
- 3 cups shiitake mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dr. Fuhrman's VegiZest or other no salt seasoning blend
- Steamed vegetable, such as broccoli, string beans or snow peas
Method
- Saute all sauce ingredients until mushrooms are juicy and shallots soft.
- Toss broccoli, green beans, snow peas or any other lightly steamed firm vegetable in sauce and simmer to blend flavors.
