Ingredients
- 200 g cooked ground meat
- 1 medium boiled onion
- 125 ml beef stock
- 1/2 kg creamed potatoes
- salt and pepper
Method
- Remove excess fat from the meat and add chopped onion and seasoning. Mix thoroughly and place in the bottom of a fireproof dish.
- Add stock and place potatoes on top.
- Smooth and mark with a fork.
- Bake at 200° C for 1/2 hour until thoroughly heated.
- Top should be well browned.
