Ingredients

  • 20 ounces, weight Cheese Filled Ravioli
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can (13.5 Oz. Can) Spinach
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Zesty Spiced Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Add a dash salt.
  • Once water is boiling, pour ravioli in and cook until tender.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and garlic in a medium sauce pan.
  • Cook garlic cloves until lightly browned.
  • Add canned spinach and tomatoes to the garlic.
  • Sprinkle basil and red pepper over the mix.
  • Heat on medium-low heat until warm.
  • Add half of the Parmesan to the spinach.
  • Take off heat and stir.
  • Pour spinach mixture over the ravioli and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Enjoy!
