- 1 large fryer (3 1/2 lb.)
- few celery leaves
- 1 qt. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 50 Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Boil chicken, celery leaves, water and salt until chicken is tender.
- Let cool.
- Debone and cut into bite size pieces.
- Discard all fat and skin.
