Ingredients
- 2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 5 to 6 packs sweetener
- 4 to 6 tsp. instant coffee
- 4 c. boiling water
Method
- Mix together the gelatin, sweetener and instant coffee.
- Add 2 cups of the boiling water.
- Stir and mix well to be sure that gelatin is softened.
- Add remaining hot water.
- Cool in refrigerator until firm.
- Serve with reduced calorie Cool Whip.
