Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter Crisco
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 7 oz. Seven-Up
Method
- Blend Crisco and butter.
- Add sugar.
- Mix well with electric mixer.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Add alternately flour and Seven-Up to mixture.
- Mix well.
- Add vanilla and lemon extract.
- Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Cook in a preheated 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
