Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 cans water or milk
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and tarragon (if desired)
Method
- In casserole, put rice and chicken, skin side up.
- Beat together the soup, water (milk) and seasonings and pour over chicken/rice.
- Bake 30 minutes at 400°.
- Reduce heat to 350° until done and brown, approximately another 30 minutes.
