Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, diced and drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) stick pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. drained sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 to 3 cups grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  • In bowl beat egg, milk and salt.
  • Add macaroni, mix well.
  • Spread evenly in greased 10 x 15-inch baking sheet.
  • Combine Ro-Tel with spaghetti sauce and spoon over macaroni mixture.
  • Top evenly with other ingredients, ending with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
