Ingredients
- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Press crumbs into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Beat remaining ingredients together, except cinnamon, until smooth. Pour batter into pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Then turn off oven and allow cake to stay in oven for 1 more hour.
