Ingredients
- 1 head romaine or any fancy lettuce
- 1 c. cooked small macaroni shells
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. cooked ham, cubed
- 1 c. washed frozen small green peas, semi thawed
- 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges
- mayonnaise or Ranch dressing
Method
- In a large salad bowl about 7 to 8 inches high on sides, arrange leaves of washed and patted dry romaine lettuce around sides of salad bowl.
- Place macaroni shells, grated fresh sharp cheese and cooked ham cubes in next.
- Add frozen small peas.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and wedged egg slices.
- Cool in refrigerator until ready.
