Ingredients
- 10 potatoes (approximately)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons green onions (diced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Boil potatoes, then peel and dice them.
- Drizzle butter over diced potatoes.
- Add salt, pepper, and green onions to potatoes. Stir.
- Mix soup and sour cream together.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
