Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 qt. roasted pecan halves
Method
- Mix sugar, sour cream and vanilla in a large pot.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
- Boil 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Pour in roasted pecans.
- Stir until liquid is absorbed.
- Pour onto waxed paper; separate so pecans will dry without sticking together.
- Allow to dry.
- Store in airtight container.
