Ingredients
- 1/4 c. defatted chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. oriental sesame oil
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Method
- First, in a medium bowl, mix together the broth, parsley, onion, soy sauce, oil and ginger.
- Add chicken; toss until well coated.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Drain chicken.
- Place chicken on skewers.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed. Place on broil pan; broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
- Turn over and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until done.
