Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. defatted chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. oriental sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed

Method

  • First, in a medium bowl, mix together the broth, parsley, onion, soy sauce, oil and ginger.
  • Add chicken; toss until well coated.
  • Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Drain chicken.
  • Place chicken on skewers.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed. Place on broil pan; broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
  • Turn over and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until done.
