Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. raw oats
- 3/4 c. canned vegetable juice (I use V-8)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 egg substitute
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients; form into a loaf and bake at 350° for one and one-half hours.
