Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinner or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Velveeta Shells and Cheese dinner
- 2 1/4 c. hot water (use 1 1/2 c. for Velveeta Shells and Cheese dinner)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. sour cream (use 1/3 c. for Velveeta Shells and Cheese dinner)
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Mix water and mustard in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Whisk in cheese sauce from pouch.
- Stir in dry pasta; cover with tight fitting lid.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover; stir in sour cream.
- Continue baking, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
