Ingredients

  • 8 to 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine or cooking wine
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Saute onion in butter until tender.
  • Put into a bowl and add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
  • In another bowl, mix together soup, milk, wine, shrimp, crab meat, scallops and Parmesan cheese.
