Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 can Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. horseradish

Method

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve.
  • Warm gently and stir.
  • Let cool.
  • Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Beat evaporated milk until firm.
  • Beat in mayonnaise, then beat in softened cream cheese.
  • Beat in horseradish.
  • Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in.
  • Spray ring mold with Pam; pour in mousse and refrigerate until set.
  • Serve with roast beef.
