Ingredients
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 can Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. horseradish
Method
- Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve.
- Warm gently and stir.
- Let cool.
- Add salt and lemon juice.
- Beat evaporated milk until firm.
- Beat in mayonnaise, then beat in softened cream cheese.
- Beat in horseradish.
- Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in.
- Spray ring mold with Pam; pour in mousse and refrigerate until set.
- Serve with roast beef.
