Ingredients
- 3 c. shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. cooked ham
- 2 eggs
Method
- Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
- Drizzle with oleo.
- Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
- Combine ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.
- In small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
- Pour over all.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serves 6.
