- 4 gal. water
- 6 c. onion
- 6 c. celery
- 6 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 lb. seafood base
- 1 c. thyme
- 1 c. basil
- 1 c. rosemary
- 1 c. filet
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. sage
- 10 bay leaves
- 1/2 c. onion powder
- 1/2 c. garlic powder
Method
- Put water into 4 gallon or 5 gallon boiling pot.
- Add all ingredients.
- Wait until veggies are tender, then add Kitchen Bouquet for color.
- Then add seafood, chicken and whatever else appeals to you, baby shrimp, 5 pounds and crab claws, 2 pounds.
