Ingredients

  • 4 gal. water
  • 6 c. onion
  • 6 c. celery
  • 6 c. bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 lb. seafood base
  • 1 c. thyme
  • 1 c. basil
  • 1 c. rosemary
  • 1 c. filet
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. sage
  • 10 bay leaves
  • 1/2 c. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. garlic powder

Method

  • Put water into 4 gallon or 5 gallon boiling pot.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Wait until veggies are tender, then add Kitchen Bouquet for color.
  • Then add seafood, chicken and whatever else appeals to you, baby shrimp, 5 pounds and crab claws, 2 pounds.
