Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise (Kraft no-fat is good)
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet salad (pickle) cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. or packet artificial sweetener (Equal)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika

Method

  • Boil eggs approximately 20 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Run cold water over eggs.
  • Sprinkle salt in water and let stand a few minutes. (Eggs peel much easier.)
  • Drain eggs again.
  • Crack and peel eggs. Slice eggs, putting whites on egg dish and yolks in a bowl. Flatten egg yolks with fork.
  • Mix all other ingredients with egg yolks except paprika.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top.
  • Makes 1 dozen full stuffed eggs.
  • Discard extra egg whites.
