- 6 patty shells
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/3 c. green pepper slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or lobster
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Saute celery and peppers in butter until tender.
- Add flour and cook until smooth.
- Remove from heat and blend in milk. Cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat, stirring until cheese is melted and seafood is hot.
- Spoon into baked patty shells. Makes an excellent lunch.
