Ingredients

  • 6 patty shells
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/3 c. green pepper slices
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. cooked shrimp, crabmeat or lobster
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Saute celery and peppers in butter until tender.
  • Add flour and cook until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and blend in milk. Cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Heat, stirring until cheese is melted and seafood is hot.
  • Spoon into baked patty shells. Makes an excellent lunch.
