Ingredients
- 3 cans peeled tomatoes
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Method
- In a large pot, brown ground beef and saute the onion and green peppers.
- Drain off the grease.
- Add the peeled tomatoes and red kidney beans; cook on low heat for about 1 hour or more.
- Put in chili powder; adjust to taste.
- For toppings, use raw onion and Cheddar cheese (shredded).
