Ingredients
- 1 can crabmeat
- 2 cans shrimp
- rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
Method
- Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
- Add 3 tablespoons of flour until it gets brown.
- Throw in everything except meat. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Take bay leaves out and reheat for 5 minutes more.
- Then add meat.
- Meanwhile, have your rice cooked to mix in when done cooking.
