- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shell-roni
- 1 (28 to 30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
- Cook spinach, drain, reserve liquid and add water to measure 1 cup.
- Cook shell-roni. Add to meat mixture, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup spinach liquid and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
