Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 16 crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- chili sauce (optional)
Method
- Shape sausage into 8 patties.
- Wrap one patty around one cooked egg, covering completely.
- Roll each egg in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
- Serve with chili sauce, if desired.
