Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (not margarine)
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
Method
- Melt butter, chocolate and sugar over hot water in a double boiler.
- Add other ingredients.
- Let cook for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Makes 1 pint.
