Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 slices white bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Cube bread.
- Toss bread cubes and sausage in buttered casserole dish.
- Beat eggs and milk. Add cheese. Pour over sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 15 minutes.
