Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Spread potatoes in dish.
- Melt butter and drizzle over potatoes.
- Mix remaining ingredients and spread over potatoes.
- Bake 350° for 45 minutes.
- Top with more cheese 15 minutes before removing from oven.
