Ingredients
- 5 to 8 potatoes
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
Method
- Place in a well oiled baking dish the potatoes (washed, peeled and thinly sliced).
- Heat in small saucepan the milk, dry mustard, water and grated cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper and the grated onion.
- Pour mixture over potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Uncover; continue baking until the potatoes are soft and tender and the top is brown.
