Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- paprika (sprinkle on top)
Method
- Stir soup, milk and pepper.
- Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce and cheese.
- Put butter and paprika on top.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour, covered, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
