Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3 to 6 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions, sliced
Method
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown in a frying pan.
- Remove from pan.
- Melt oleo.
- Add milk slowly.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Alternate potatoes, onions, cream sauce and pork chops in a greased casserole dish.
- Cover.
- Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350° or until tender.
- Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
