Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix potatoes and onions; put in greased pan.
- Make sauce by mixing milk, butter, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Cook until smooth.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake 90 minutes at 360°, uncovered.
