Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- sweet and sour pineapple sauce
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
- Dip chicken in batter, then roll in flour. Brown in oil and drain.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
