Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans beef of consomme soup
- 1 can water
- 6 to 8 pork chops
Method
- Flour, salt and pepper pork chops, then fry them until brown. Saute the onion and pepper.
- In a large casserole dish, well sprayed with Pam, sprinkle the rice, then add the onion and pepper. Pour the soup and water over last.
- Stack pork chops atop this. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
