Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. or more milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, egg and onion and form into meatballs.
- Fry in pan until done and brown.
- Put into dish.
- Use the fryings and add 1 cup or more of milk; use enough to make gravy to cover meatballs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put meatballs into gravy and simmer until ready to eat.
