Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut, squeeze off juice
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 can whole corn
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, preferably 24 hours.
