Ingredients
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can corned beef, crumbled
- sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- rye bread, buttered on top and side and cut up
Method
- Mix dressing with mayonnaise.
- Pour over Swiss cheese.
- Layer all as listed into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with the rye bread.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
