Ingredients
- 3 c. cut-up rhubarb
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
Method
- Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand until juicy. Mix in flour and egg yolks, fold in 2 beaten egg whites. Pour into uncooked shell. Bake 425° for 10 more, reduce heat to 325° and bake for 30 minutes.
