Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small jar pimento pieces, drained
- 2 eggs
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Pour in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
