Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. flour
Method
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a saucepan.
- Cook until tender.
- Add creamed corn, beaten eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Top with crumbs.
- Set casserole in shallow pan of water.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
