Ingredients
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked crunchy
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. tarragon
Method
- Saute parsley, onions and peppers until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss all together and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
