Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen potatoes, thawed
- 12 oz. grated American cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix together rest of ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
- Pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
