Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. sirloin roast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 large onion
Method
- Place roast in Dutch oven or large baking pan.
- Slice onion over roast.
- Pour soups over roast, covering evenly.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes per pound or until meat is tender.
