Ingredients

  • 6 small salmon steaks (about 6 oz. each)
  • 3/4 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Arrange salmon in a buttered baking dish.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing over each steak. Sprinkle with the dill and parsley.
  • Bake until the fish flakes easily, when tested with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place under a broiler for 45 to 60 seconds to brown.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
