Ingredients
- 6 small salmon steaks (about 6 oz. each)
- 3/4 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- lemon wedges
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Arrange salmon in a buttered baking dish.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing over each steak. Sprinkle with the dill and parsley.
- Bake until the fish flakes easily, when tested with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place under a broiler for 45 to 60 seconds to brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
