Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • In large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in butter 1 minute; add broccoli, walnuts and salt.
  • Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
  • Serves 6, each serving containing 135 calories.
