Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- In large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in butter 1 minute; add broccoli, walnuts and salt.
- Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
