Ingredients

  • nice round steak
  • cream mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion (optional)
  • 1 to 2 c. sour cream
  • large fat noodles, cooked according to bag directions

Method

  • Slice round steak thinly and at an angle. You want 2 to 3-inch strips. Brown strips in Dutch oven or roaster. If you choose onions, brown them at the same time. Cover with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Cover roaster and roast in oven at 350° for 2 to 3 hours or whatever. If you choose whatever, check after 3 hours; add water if needed.
