Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 hot pepper sliced (slit open)(optional)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 Tsp of salt
  • 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil

Method

  • Cut the green beans into 1 inch pieces. And put that along with the sliced onions and hot pepper into a saucepan with the water. Cook it at medium heat and close with a lid. Then after it starts to boil put the salt and cook it on high heat and open the lid and stir as needed, until the water is completely evaporated. Don't stir too much it will loose its texture.
  • Then pour the oil into a skillet and wait it get hot, on amedium high heat put the beans into it and stir fry for 2-3 minutes stirring once or twice.
  • Serve it hot with any other main dish.
