Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 ground sausage
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 3/4 fresh spinach
- dash season salt
- cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 vegetable oil
Method
- In a medium skillet start cooking the ground sausage on medium high with the oil
- When that's half way done add the onions if you have peppers add it
- When the onions and sausage are completely cooked fold in the spinach
- This is the point where you add the red crush peppers and season salt cook till the spinach looks semi wilted
- Add the leftover rice you had in your fridge
- Keep cooking until the rice is heated evenly than add cheese
- Remove from heat and plate.
- You can use it as a side dish or eat it for breakfast
